One-on-One Nutrition Counseling

I offer one on one nutrition counseling with an approach aimed at addressing the source of unhealthy diet and living habits. Intensive counseling sessions root out long-standing dietary and lifestyle habits that are often the cause of common health problems, including gut issues, autoimmune diseases, blood sugar dysregulation and stubborn weight gain. With the judicious use of specialized advanced lab testing, health mysteries can be solved. I serve clients nationwide and can accommodate consultations in person, by phone or via Skype sessions. Nutrition Workshops

I offer several small workshop sessions to inform clients and the interested public about popular topics.

Digestion: Proper food digestion is foundational, yet due to the standard American diet most people cannot digest their foods properly. This workshop explains why we get heartburn, gas and bloating, why these symptoms are often hidden behind mysterious weight gain and what can be done to heal your insides.

GMO’s: What are GMOs and why are they a problem? We have all been told GMO foods are safe, but are they? How do we avoid GMOs? I give you the information you need to know to make good choices and avoid genetically modified foods.

I am available for health-related presentations. I have spoken at health conferences, work environments, as well as social gatherings including church groups. I address the latest health topics and concerns and motivate people to change for the better.

I offer informative presentations on several nutrition, health and healing topics, including:

I believe our diet is the most important thing we can change to improve our health. This is because whole, nutrient-dense foods are the substrate that heals us. What are nutrients?
